Marc R. Williams, EsquireMarc R. Williams, Esquire, is a former Michigan and Florida state-certified Fire Fighter and former Michigan state-certified paramedic with advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification. Mr. Williams is also a past member of the International Association of Firefighter (IAFF). Mr. Williams served as a full-time paid firefighter/paramedic with the Kalamazoo, Michigan Fire Department. Mr. Williams also served as a reserve deputy with the Allegan and Ottawa County Michigan Sheriff Departments. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Williams worked for U.S. Congressman Paul B. Henry.
Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Aquinas College. At Marquette University Law School Mr. Williams was a member of the Marquette University Law Review and the recipient of the America Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice II. While in law school Mr. Williams was a clerk for the United States Attorney for The Western District of Michigan.
Mr. Williams is a member of both the Florida and Wisconsin Bar Association, the Orange and Seminole County Bar Associations, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association. Mr. Williams is a recipient of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers Bronze Eagle Award. Mr. and Mrs. Williams are the proud parents of three children. Mr. Williams is an avid saltwater fisherman and snow skier.
Steven M Johnson, EsquireSteven M. Johnson, Esquire, was a member of the Army National Guard, and, as a private aircraft pilot was a member of the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association. Upon graduating, with honors, from Southern Illinois University, Mr. Johnson attended Memphis University Law School where he was Comments Editor for the Memphis State University Law Review and a member of Moot Court. Mr. Johnson graduated in 1990 with honor.
Mr. Johnson began his legal career as a defense attorney representing clients such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company and Piper Aircraft Company in complex multi-state litigation.
Mr. Johnson is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Orange and Seminole County Bar Associations, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Johnson is an active participant in the Orange County Guardian Ad Litem Program. Mr. Johnson is the proud parent of three children. Mr. Johnson enjoys riding motorcycles and owns a Harley Davidson.
Mark A Cordero, EsquireMark Cordero has extensive experience working with clients that have suffered catastrophic injuries such as birth defects, major surgeries, medical malpractice, and serious abuse in nursing homes. He is an experienced speaker in radio programs and conferences to attorneys and other professional and community groups in different personal injury matters such as, claims strategies to maximize the outcome of the claims and expedite the process of claims.
In addition, he worked as a consultant and negotiator for many Fortune 500 companies (pharmaceutical companies and consumer product companies) in fiscal legal matters. Previous to being an attorney, Mr. Cordero was a Certified Public Accountant that has served him as to how to strategically negotiate from the standpoint of the insurance companies and how to consider their companies resources to respond to significant claims.
